Purposes — why we use it
Contracts
To conclude and perform timber supply, electricity supply and distribution, and lease agreements; to invoice and receive payment.
Networks and safety
To take meter readings, calculate consumption, restore supply after outages, carry out maintenance and ensure safety at the sawmill and energy facilities.
Law
To meet obligations under energy market regulation, accounting, tax and occupational safety law. Basis: contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest, and consent for enquiries.
Transfers — who receives it
Energy market
Where required by energy regulation: the transmission system operator, market operator, energy regulator and metering administrators — only the data needed for settlements and metering.
Service providers
Carriers, bank, accountant, IT and billing providers acting under confidentiality obligations.
